Peering

Doprint Network Services is building a regional backbone connecting Points of Presence (PoPs) in Timor-Leste and eastern Indonesia with Australia.

We welcome settlement-free peering where traffic exchange is mutually beneficial. Peering with Doprint Network gives Australian and international networks direct, low-latency access to traffic from Timor-Leste and eastern Indonesia, while giving regional networks efficient reach into Australian Internet Exchanges (IXs) and content.

We actively support and prioritise peering and connectivity for regional non-profit, research and education networks.

We maintain sufficient capacity and diverse paths between our regional PoPs and Australia to support reliable peering.

Peering Options

• Bilateral peering and IX route-server peering at exchanges where we are present.
• Remote peering / facilitated access into Australian IXs for smaller networks in Timor-Leste and Indonesia via our backbone.
• Regional Connectivity Partner tier for networks that help grow the local ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

All eBGP sessions are configured with:

• RPKI origin validation
• Prefix filtering
• Sensible max-prefix limits

Eligibility

• A globally routable ASN
• Maintained IRR and RPKI records
• An operational NOC contact

We do not apply a strict traffic-ratio threshold. Every request is evaluated on its merits.
